Everase added the Live Chat feature to their website. This service was made available to assist customers while shopping. They would have the privilege to talk to a real life Everase employee which would aid in;
- Providing hands on customer service
- Guide customers on the website
- Act as an aid to limit customer confusion and problem resolution
- Be a huge convenience to customers
