Everase Writing Surface
Does your printed surfaces erase as well as your plain dry erase?

Absolutely! Our printed graphics are embedded underneath the dry erase surface keeping them protected from any damage. You can be assured you will receive the same great dry erase performance with our printed products as with our regular dry erase.

Can I use the Everase surface as a projection screen or as an Interactive Whiteboards?

Yes, Everase surfaces can be used as a regular projection surface and compatible with most Interactive Whiteboards. We recommend using our wet erase low gloss surface to reduce the amount of glare. This is not completely necessary but depends on the room lighting and user preference.

Why is the Everase surface so resistant to staining and scratching?

The Everase surface is built with our exclusive, proprietary, technically advanced dry erase coating that is stain, scratch and chemical resistant. The unique hardcoat is completely nonporous which prevents inks and other chemicals from penetrating the surface. While the surface is not scratch proof it is scratch resistant to many minor abrasions. Click here to view our technical specifications.

What is the difference between your dry erase and wet erase surfaces?

Our dry erase surface has a high gloss finish that erases easily with just a soft cloth. Dry erase surfaces are recommended for heavy usage applications such as a classroom. Wet erase surfaces have a low gloss matte finish that require a damp cloth or whiteboard cleaner to properly clean the surface and remove all dry erase markings. Wet erase surfaces are recommended as a projection surface when writing on the surface is not the primary function. We recommend requesting a sample to test the surface for your application.

Care & Maintenance
What is “ghosting”?

“Ghosting” refers to the condition of residual marker ink that remains on the writing surface after trying to wipe clean. This is most prevalent with lesser quality boards that have more porous surfaces. You will not experience ghosting with an Everase surface!

How do you remove permanent marker from the surface?

Removing permanent marker from the Everase surface is easy! Simply trace over any areas with permanent marker ink with a dry erase marker and wipe clean as usual. A solvent such as an acetone, diluted rubbing alcohol or our own Everase whiteboard cleaner may also be used.

What type of cleaning solution can be used to clean the surface?

We recommend using our Everclean Whiteboard Cleaning solution bur any reputable brand of whiteboard solution can be used. We recommend a cleaning solution to be used a few times a few to clean and refresh your board from dry erase inks.

If I leave markings on the surface for a long period, will they still be removable?

Yes! Markings left over time can easily be removed with a damp cloth even after being on the surface for many months.
